It's gettin real...estate

Spent a majority of my week doing real estate related things.

Joined a Realtor board.

Showed clients houses.

Worked on finishing the interior of a new house. (Still need to find that bathtub)

Rented out condo.

Training. Lots of training.

Sim City.

Girlfriend is probably annoyed that I've been spending most of my free time zoning land in Sim City. Kinda buggy still, but fun.

Scale models and gunpla

Girlfriend is mad again.

Have taken up plastic scale modeling after long hiatus, after coming across an interesting model wandering around Michaels, then remembering I have old unbuilt Master Grade Gunpla in the closet.

Have taken opportunity to try airbrushing as well. Never did get the opportunity to do so when I was younger. It is pretty complex. But I'll figure it out, after f*ckintg up a model or five. Probably will go out and buy a bunch of chibi models to brush up on old skills and learn new ones.

Real estate salesperson training is going not well. Came into the middle of the course, no idea what the hell is going on. I'll figure it out.

Also need to work on contractor's license stuff.

Honorable Father signed me up for "Expatriate Youth Taiwan Study Tour." Google it. Unhappy, because it's in the middle of f*cking summer, when the mosquitoes are the most plentiful. Also I'm probably going to be busy as f*ck at that time.

Should be fun.

My Girlfriend is Mad a Lot

DineLA was fine, btw. Only went to one, Orange Hill, in Orange. Food was meh, service was meh. Everything was meh.

Was in Texas this week. Would talk about my adventures(or lack of, since all I did was work from sun-up to sun-down), but am now on the phone with my girlfriend. And she's mad.


So I'm gonna cut this short and just...meh.
